Meet Teddy
Teddy Shonka, a Gilbert local and currently ranked in the top 1% of all realtors in Arizona, has grossed more than $75,000,000 in sales. Since 2012, Teddy has helped buyers, sellers, and investors in every price point, all over Arizona but primarily in the Gilbert area. As a member of the WMAR, Teddy also assists buyers and sellers in the Pinetop/Show Low area buy and sell their 2nd homes/vacation rentals.
Teddy currently works for Arizona's #1 real estate brokerage which year over year ranks in the top 10 brokerages for sales volume and units sold in the United States.
Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa but attended South Dakota State University on a football scholarship and graduated with degrees in Health Science and Business Economics. Teddy enjoys golfing, wood working/DIY projects, wine tasting with his wife, and spending time with his son(Teddy Jr.) and dog(Bear) at their cabin in Pinetop.
